Requirements: 2-year Culinary Arts Degree from an accredited program or completion of an approved ACF apprentice program; minimum of 2 years of cooking experience in a high-quality/high-volume establishment; ability to understand and respond to written orders, recipes, and directions in English; knowledge of breads, pastries, and bakery production; demonstrated expert skill level on all cook stations; good communication skills; ability to uphold the highest level of integrity in all situations and adhere to company standards and regulations.
