About: Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Culinary Manager to oversee the culinary operations of assigned parks, ensuring safety and food quality standards are met. This role involves providing guidance to Culinary Team Members and serving as the Chef in Charge when necessary. The position may require on-site work with limited remote opportunities in specific departments.
Requirements: Culinary degree or Chefs Apprentice preferred; 5+ years of culinary supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Professional Food Manager Certification required
