About: Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced culinary professional to manage and oversee the culinary operation of assigned parks, ensuring safety and food quality standards are upheld. This role involves providing guidance to Culinary Team Members, developing new menu items, managing food preparation, and collaborating with park F&B Directors for special events.
Requirements: Culinary degree or Chefs Apprentice preferred; 5+ years of culinary supervisory experience; Professional Food Manager Certification required
