Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience a plus; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experienced with computers and Microsoft Office; ServSafe certified highly desirable
