Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience a plus; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience desirable; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet; ServSafe certified highly desirable
