Position: CHEF, SOUS I – WHEATON- FRANCISCAN ALL SAINTS

About: TouchPoint, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Sous Chef I for their food service operations at Wheaton – Franciscan All Saints. TouchPoint provides customer-focused support services including healthcare housekeeping, laundry management, patient transportation, and food service.

Requirements: 5 years of related culinary experience including 1 year at the management level; experience in various food service operations such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, and healthcare; knowledge of food and industry trends, food production, sanitation, safety, and cost controls; supervisory, leadership, training, and management skills; ServSafe or Department of Health Certification; computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products including Excel; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
