Position: CHEF, SOUS – HRLY (FULL TIME)
About: University of Memphis is currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join their campus team. The role involves helping the Executive Chef prepare and cook foods, coordinating activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: Previous Sous Chef experience and leadership in a kitchen setting required
