Position: CHEF, SOUS – HRLY (FULL TIME)
About: Chartwells Higher Ed at the University of Memphis is currently seeking a Full-Time Sous Chef to join their team. This position involves helping the Executive Chef prepare and cook foods, coordinating activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assuming responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: Previous Sous Chef experience and kitchen leadership are required
