Position: Chef – Rocker
About: Palisades Tahoe Resort, located in Olympic Valley, CA, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of food production and operations in the Rocker kitchen. The resort embodies the spirit of the legendary mountains and offers a dynamic work environment focused on team performance, cost controls, and employee training and retention.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Culinary School graduate or equivalent experience; five years of Kitchen Management experience; Serv Safe Manager Food Handlers Card; TIPS training; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively
