About: The Hard Rock Cafe is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the back of house and kitchen operations in the pastry section, ensuring adherence to Hard Rock culinary standards and efficient service delivery. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining food quality, portion control, and timely service at our establishment located in Rockford.
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant culinary operations; Five (5) years of kitchen management experience
