Position: Chef Manager – UTC Catering – Chattanooga, TN
About: Aramark, a global company serving millions of guests daily through food and facilities in 15 countries, is seeking a Catering Chef Manager to join their team. The Chef Manager will report to the General Manager and be responsible for team development, culinary expertise, safety protocols, client relations, budget requirements, and company programs.
Requirements: Requires 2-3 years of experience in a related position; Requires 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience; Culinary degree preferred; Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession; Requires experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems; Requires oral, reading, and written communication skills
