Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings with a focus on inventory and purchasing control; prior culinary experience in a school setting preferred; extensive knowledge of food and catering trends emphasizing quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation; experience with exposition cooking; ServSafe certification is a plus
