Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Upon completion of the Chef Manager in Training program, flexibility to relocate for promotions; Proficient in verbal and written English; Minimum 2 years cooking experience, preferably a-la-carte or banquet style; Minimum 1 year of supervisory and leadership experience; Interest in working with older population; Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to train at multiple locations and travel during training; Proficiency with MS Office and Point of Sale System (POS).
