Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience supervising kitchen and dining room operations in a full-service restaurant; ability to recruit, coach, and manage staff; current ServSafe certification; knowledge of nutrition and modified diets; proficiency in food and labor budget management; strong organizational and time management skills; basic computer skills; availability for flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
