Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years experience as a managing chef or cook; sanitation certification and proficiency in nutrition and therapeutic diets; previous experience in managing and motivating dining service team members; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; good judgment and decision-making abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new applications; availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
