Position: Chef Manager
About: Sodexo Senior Living in Broomall/Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Chef Manager to join their food service team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for culinary career growth, reporting to the Executive Chef and overseeing a staff of up to approximately 30 employees. Candidates should be passionate, highly motivated, and enjoy client and resident interaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 1 year of management experience; knowledge of special diets, safety, and sanitation; prior food service experience in a healthcare environment; experience supervising and training a culinary team; good financial acumen and strong computer skills; enthusiasm for working with a diverse set of people; confident, warm, positive approach with attention to detail
