Position: Chef Manager
About: Sunrise Senior Living, a certified Great Place to Work, is seeking a Dining Services Coordinator for Sunrise of Woodcliff Lake in a home-like environment focused on quality care for seniors. The role involves overseeing dining operations, food preparation, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
Requirements: Requires at least 2 years experience as a managing chef or cook; Sanitation certification and proficiency in nutrition and therapeutic diets; Previous experience in managing dining service team members in a high-quality dining environment; Strong communication, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications; Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
