Position: CHEF MANAGER

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant; working knowledge of HACCP; proficiency in menu development, cost controls, and inventory management; experience with exposition cooking; bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidate preferred
