Position: Chef Manager
About: Guckenheimer is seeking a dedicated Chef Manager to serve as the brand representative for their team and client. This role involves leading a team, overseeing culinary and operational functions, and ensuring compliance with client guidelines, health regulations, and Guckenheimer’s standards.
Requirements: Culinary Arts degree preferred; culinary experience in a similar volume food service establishment; food service training with experience in food preparation techniques according to HACCP processes and recommendations; understanding of restaurant merchandising and marketing; effective communication and presentation skills
