Requirements: Requires at least 2 years’ experience in a culinary management role; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Culinary Arts degree desired; Healthcare experience preferred; SERV Safe certification or HACCP knowledge required; Experience with production systems is required; Ability to lead and motivate a team required; Experience managing a union workforce is a plus; NOTE: This client location requires all individuals working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before start date.
