Requirements: Two to three years’ experience supervising kitchen, food service, and dining room operations in a full-service restaurant; minimum two to three years volume cooking experience; current ServSafe certification; proven ability to manage food and labor budgets; competent in organizational and time management skills; ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours; basic computer skills and programs proficiency
