Position: Chef Manager
About: SodexoMAGIC is seeking a Chef Manager to support dining operations for the University of Illinois Chicago. SodexoMAGIC is a joint venture between Sodexo and Magic Johnson, committed to providing top-tier food and facilities management solutions across various sectors.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required; 1 year of basic management experience; knowledge of HACCP and safety standards; ability to control costs and train staff on proper standards; working knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and food service operations; ability to drive innovation, manage high volume, and work well within a team.
