Position: Chef Manager

The role entails providing exceptional customer service and leadership in dining and hospitality operations within the community, focusing on quality care and resident satisfaction.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of supervisory experience in kitchen, food service, and dining room operations in a full-service restaurant; ability to recruit, coach, and manage staff; current ServSafe certification; proficiency in food and labor budget management; strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills; availability for flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
