Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of supervisory experience in kitchen, food service, and dining room operations in a full-service restaurant; ability to recruit, coach, and manage staff; ServSafe certification; proficiency in nutrition and modified diets; strong organizational and time management skills; basic computer proficiency; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
