Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen environment; In-depth culinary expertise and industry best practices knowledge; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to work in high-pressure environments and lead diverse teams; Proficiency in HACCP, OSHA, FDA regulations, and food safety standards; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred; Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
