About: Join our team as an Executive Chef in our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, overseeing the dietary department to provide efficient and effective culinary services to the residents. The role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and conducting activities of the dietary department to ensure the provision of nutritious foods to the residents while meeting professional standards of food preparation and safety.
Requirements: Certified dietary manager or associate degree and/or certification in culinary arts; effective communication with the dietitian/diet tech and other facility disciplines
