Position: Chef job
About: A reputable culinary institute is seeking a Chef to join their team. The Chef will be responsible for directing the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of all food for residents, planning and pricing menu items, ordering supplies, and maintaining records and accounts. Responsibilities include determining food presentation, creating decorative displays, managing production schedules, estimating costs, inspecting supplies and work areas, instructing staff, assigning prices to menu items, and collaborating with the Registered Dietitian.
Requirements: Must have graduated from a reputable culinary institute; at least two years’ experience working as a chef; at least one year of long term care experience preferred
