About: College Fresh is seeking a passionate and talented Chef to join their team and be responsible for the entire food service program at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. The Chef will have the freedom to exhibit creativity in menu design and kitchen operations while upholding the company’s core values.
Requirements: Culinary Arts degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of catering experience; extensive knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, menu planning, organization, and leadership; Servsafe Food Protection Manager certificate or equivalent required
