Position: Chef job
About: At our restaurant, we pride ourselves on providing fresh food and excellent customer service. As a quickly growing company, we are looking to expand our staff with a new Chef position. We prioritize creating a caring and fun environment for our staff as well as our customers.
Requirements: Culinary skills required to provide high-level service; ability to lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team; experience in developing menus and daily specials; proficiency in managing food costing and inventory; knowledge of food storage standards and health regulations; strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills; effective communication in a fast-paced environment with the front of house staff and customers; ability to work under extreme pressure; physical ability to lift 25lbs and more, unload inventory, and cut animal meats; reliability for transportation; multitasking and leadership in a hot kitchen environment
