About: The University of Connecticut’s Department of Dining Services at the Storrs Campus is actively seeking a full-time, non-state, union Chef to join their team. The position involves preparing and setting up for meal service.
Requirements: Associates Culinary Degree; demonstrated skill in preparation and cooking of food on a quantity basis; knowledge of health and safety requirements in food services; ability in menu preparation and record-keeping; supervisory experience and ability to lift 60lbs; high school diploma or equivalent.
