About: A restaurant in search of a hard-working, self-motivated, and high-energy individual to take on the role of Kitchen Manager. Kitchen Managers oversee the food and back-of-house operations, stepping into the General Manager’s shoes when needed. They focus on driving sales, developing their team, and implementing business strategies to meet or exceed unit objectives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a restaurant environment; strong leadership and team development skills; ability to make sound business decisions and manage day-to-day operations effectively; excellent customer service and communication abilities
