About: Larchmont Schools, a TK-12 school program, is seeking a Culinary Manager to oversee all culinary activities and operations in a fast-paced school setting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on culinary leadership skills and a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards while ensuring food safety and sanitation in the kitchen environment.
Requirements: Must hold a related culinary degree or five or more years of industry and culinary management experience in a commercial kitchen; Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment; ServSafe Certification required or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire; TB Test clearance & DOJ fingerprinting clearance; CPR, AED, and First Aid certification; A demonstrated commitment to strong customer service, high professional ethical standards, and a diverse workplace
