About: College Fresh, a food service provider at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, invites passionate and creative individuals to join their team as a College Fresh Chef. This role offers the opportunity to run a kitchen independently, create diverse menus, and uphold the values of passion, integrity, and excellent customer service.
Requirements: Culinary Arts degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of catering experience; extensive knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, menu planning, organization, and leadership; current Servsafe Food Protection Manager certificate or equivalent
