About: Oakdale Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center is seeking a part-time Chef to work the 11:00am – 7:30pm shift, every other weekend, and one day during the week. As part of the Dining Services team at Oakdale Rehabilitation, providing an exceptional dining experience for residents is crucial, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: At least one year of institutional cooking experience required; ability to supervise and work cooperatively with others; initiative and judgment in setting up meals, seasoning food, and estimating food requirements; ability to maintain assigned work hours and perform tasks over a long period of time; high school diploma or GED; ability to read, speak, and write English at a 10th-grade level
