Requirements: 5+ years of managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant required; experience with back of house administrative and managerial duties essential; knowledgeable in food preparation techniques and large-scale cooking equipment; strong mentoring and teaching skills; exceptional communication and supervisory abilities; Food Handler’s Certification required; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; adaptability in a fast-paced environment; effective interpersonal and written communication skills; availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; experience with cost and labor management software a plus
