Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen; Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and safety standards; Ability to lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals; Excellent time management and problem-solving skills; Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
