Requirements: Degree in culinary arts and/or restaurant management preferred; Five years BOH leadership and management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant; Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and demonstrate strong leadership skills; Proficiency in Excel, Toast POS, Open Table, Google Mail, and calendars; Exemplary knife skills with coaching/training abilities; Strong plate presentation skills to meet and exceed guest expectations; Proficient in managing people and exhibiting leadership qualities; Proficiency in English, bilingualism is an advantage; Must be able to stand and move actively for up to 5-hour periods; Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently
