Requirements: Previous experience in catering, demonstration cooking, and ethnic cuisine; hands-on chef experience; 1 to 3 years of culinary management experience; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; ServSafe Certification preferred; computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Excel; associates degree in Culinary Arts preferred
