Position: Chef in Training, Nick’s Quorum – Hilton Omaha
About: Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club, located in downtown Omaha at the Hilton Omaha, is seeking a passionate culinary expert to join as a Chef in Training. Inspired by the historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, this modern bar and supper club led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods offers fresh interpretations of supper club classics and craft cocktails.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous culinary experience in a scratch kitchen with progressive career growth; self-driven work ethic with attention to detail and cleanliness; positive approach to hospitality and teamwork; thirst for knowledge with solid Food and Beverage core
