Position: CHEF II
About: The State of New Hampshire, Department of Corrections, Division of Administration – Logistics is offering a full-time position for a Chef II located in Concord, NH. The role involves supervising and organizing food preparation and cooking activities at a New Hampshire State Prison, ensuring meals meet standards and special diet requirements while maintaining security.
Requirements: Education: High School diploma or high school equivalency credential; Four years’ experience in large quantity cookery. Additional years of related work experience may not be substituted for the formal education required by this class specification. License/Certification: None required. Special Requirements: Successful completion of the Corrections Academy and continuing Certification as correctional line personnel as established by the certifying authority.
