Position: Chef for Locally Owned Restaurant
About: An upscale, locally owned restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef to lead the kitchen operations, design menus, create new dishes, and manage kitchen stock. The Chef will work closely with the restaurant manager on staffing and budgeting matters.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in food preparation, with leadership experience in a kitchen setting; Strong culinary knowledge and technical cooking skills; Creative abilities; Proven leadership skills to motivate and elevate staff; Ability to maintain high standards in challenging environments; Food hygiene and food preparation qualifications
