Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant with similar styles and standards. Fine dining production experience preferred. Skills Required: Ability to communicate in English, perform mathematical calculations, provide clear directions, prioritize tasks, work under minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, use a computer, multitask, and work in a dynamic environment.
