Position: Chef dePartie
About: The Chef DePartie position at Biltmore Hotel involves preparing menu items for Banquet Events and a la carte restaurant offerings. The role requires adherence to high-quality food standards, excellent presentation, and quick food production. The Chef DePartie also oversees kitchen operations, delegates orders to other cooks, and upholds Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements: Education; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Experience; Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant with similar styles and standards. Some fine dining production and service experience preferred.
