Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 5 years of experience in the automotive sector; strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, autonomy, organization, and innovation spirit; knowledge of industrial environments and design analysis methods like FMEA, functional analysis, and risk analysis
