Position: Chef de Partie Pastry
About: Princess Cruises, a leading cruise line, is seeking a Chef de Partie Pastry to join their Galley department on a global scale under a Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Executive Pastry Bakery Chef, this position involves supervising the pastry team at sea to ensure top-quality pastry and dessert production for an exceptional cruise experience.
Requirements: Formal qualification in pastry arts from a recognized culinary training institution; at least five years of experience in large pastry production with at least two years as Demi Chef de Partie Pastry in luxury hotels/resorts or cruise ships; solid knowledge of Public Health regulations and Food Safety; ability to supervise multicultural subordinate teammates; command of the English language, both verbal and written
