Position: Chef de Partie – Boca

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous culinary experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant is preferred; Works well in a team, follows Chef’s directions, effective communication; English literacy and ability to make basic recipe conversions; Dependable and displays a strong work ethic; Attention to detail and a sense of urgency; Understanding of kitchen utensils, equipment, and safety practices, or willingness to learn; Interest in learning and developing culinary techniques; Some machine-operated kitchen equipment may require a minimum age of 18.
