Position: Chef De Partie
About: Join our team onboard a cruise ship and showcase your culinary skills as a Chef de Partie. As part of our kitchen staff, you will work under the guidance of the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests in a high-volume, fine dining environment. Collaborate with a talented team in a dynamic setting and hone your expertise in international cuisine and culinary techniques.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in fine dining establishments; Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred; Strong knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Team player with strong leadership skills; Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Willingness to work and live onboard a cruise ship for extended periods of time
