Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role; Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine; Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards; Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Culinary degree or equivalent qualification; Experience working in a high-end hotel or restaurant; Experience in pastry and dessert preparation; Experience in menu development and costing; Experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies
