Position: Chef de Partie
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a Chef de Partie for their Prepared Foods department, a retail floor leadership role focused on driving culinary excellence and enhancing the hospitality experience. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for expediting operational procedures, maintaining merchandising standards, ensuring in-stock levels, implementing core menus, and driving sales initiatives for various food venues within the store.
Requirements: Minimum 18 months of professional hospitality or kitchen experience combined with culinary training; ability to teach and develop others; organized and systematic work approach with prioritization and delegation skills; excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities; passion for food; food safety certification (or commitment to obtain within 6 months); flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong technology skills including Microsoft Office proficiency; punctuality and consistency in work ethic.
