Position: Chef de Partie
About: We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Chef de Partie to our Constellation team at our Florida Commissary in Miami, FL. As a Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to lead a station in the kitchen and assist the Sous Chef in maintaining standards and quality of food of that given station. Sometimes may need to help oversee a small team.
Requirements: At least three years’ relevant experience; Superior knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety; Excellent leadership skills; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
